Charles Pulliam is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Senior Partner of Solushiens (Solushiens, LLC. is a Texas Based Management Consulting firm). Charles is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and currently serves his community through non-profit board advisory and directorships, professional development and training facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and other activities. He is sought after by corporations, non-profits, government entities, and civic organizations to help assist with strategic execution. He is often invited by organizations to speak on a wide range of leadership topics geared towards helping people and companies reach their full potential.

Pulliam is a strategic thinker and planner whose development of "Pivot Planning" frameworks is changing the way progressive companies plan and execute. He has developed several other distinct frameworks and methodologies to help grow people in order to grow the companies they work for.

Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from LeTourneau University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Dallas Baptist University. His industry experiences include: professional services, software development, healthcare and health information systems, legal information systems, warehousing and distribution, retail, oil & gas (LNG), not-for-profit, and K-12 education in public, charter, and private schools. He is a certified personnel consultant, and a certified Texas educator.
